I have high standards in coffee as I'm from Australia and the coffee there is SO different compared to Philz. So saying Philz is good is amazing for SF. Great menu and friendly professional staff .

The iced mint mojito is what iced coffee dreams are made of. Is it weird I have those dreams occasionally?

Always expect a line . This place is super busy, for good reason. Some of the best coffee around. Get the Mint Mojito Iced Coffee , sweet and creamy - you won't be disappointed.

I totally loved their coffee and service. They serve high quality hand crafted coffee . I loved their minto mojitos iced coffee . But i personally prefer the taste of blue bottle coffee over Philz.

No frills here. Good coffee . Cream. Sugar. That's it, & that's all you need to have the best day ever. Philtered Soul with medium cream & sugar is my go-to. Also try an apricot bar warmed up...heaven.

Omg!! This is the best coffee ever! Well worth the trip here, I know it sounds crazy but it is like butter. It leaves a little buttery finish in the back of your palate. Amazing coffee !

Best. Coffee . Try the tesora, you won't regret it. Butter in your coffee just makes it heavenly. Always long lines and coffee is made individually so takes a little time.

Long wait and really pricey coffee but each one is made to order! Got the iced mint mojito and it was tasty. Will try Reg iced coffee next time. 4/5

Their coffee is excellent, but if you go there every day, be prepared for a wildly inconsistent coffee experience. Using Order Ahead is convenient, but they goof up on orders consistently.

Three tips: 1. Orderahead to avoid the wait 2. Get the cookie heated. Ask for extra napkins, it's messy but so good. 3. When crossing the street, have one hand free to avoid a Marilyn Monroe moment.

If you are an east bay coffee lover make sure you visit this jewel of a coffee shop . Like it hot, get Philtered Soul , want something cold get the Gingersnap iced coffee

What's not to love?!? And if you ask nicely, they'll make modifications for you. Got the gingersnap coffee (hot) made with tesora. Yum!

Don't get this whole "phenomenon": coffee is at best average (except the Ice Mojito , which I do agree is great), service is mostly unstreamlined and "posy". Saving grace: pastries and food are good

My favorite coffee shop ! I recommend the mocha tessora, and black tea with mint . It gets crowded and parking (street parking ) is hard to find

On Fridays the amazing Proof served free slices of bread and takes donations for local charities . Really excellent way to start the day

So I think I don’t completely get it. Just seems like a Starbucks, with more coffee flavours which is not a bad thing. But any place where I have a choice between large and larger is not for me.

The Philtered Soul is one of the most amazing coffees ever. The New Manhattan is fantastic if you're feeling something lighter.

Coffee is amazing. Duh. Don't get a breakfast burrito unless you have a good 10-15 minutes to wait.

My favorite coffee place in SF -- the Iced Mint Mojito is the way to go. Leave your Yanks hat at home though.

Comfy leather sofa is too comfy . You can sit and loose your butt in it for a couple inches. Great place to read your book

Everything here is great but coming from NYC the service seems reallllllly slow it takes getting used to but is worth it!

The ecstatic iced w cream, no sugar is one of the finest drinks to cross my lips...ever—so smooth, so balanced.

They have Yerba Mate . Be prepared for a short line most times and a long one on the weekends.
