The soft play upstairs is great for toddlers. It's not too big so they can't go too far and it's reasonably clean (as much as these things can be!).
They serve Starbucks. Two thing I like a good hot chocolate and an amazing ice rink .
Comparatively to all the outdoors ice rinks , Streatham Ice bears them all! Particularly on wet rainy day. 2h skating for £6.50 is a bargain!
Brand new leisure centre. Don't forget to bring a pound coin to use the lockers in the changing rooms! (the pound is refundable)
There's a pay as you go membership. £5.70 a year, get a discount on all visits!
Friday Ice Rink Disco tunes could use some improvement, but it's a great slab
After you skate around a few times, you start questioning the £7 fee. Especially if half your time is spent trying not to fall over. I suppose its alright otherwise.
The ice is harder than most ice rinks I've been to. Even experienced skater may have issues.
Bring your NUS Card for an even cheaper ice skating fee.
Ice skating is amazing :) have fun ...
Wrap up warm!
Sunday ice skating is full of kids with penguins.
Bad experience, waste of money, blunt skates , impossible to learn to skate . Staff unhelpful.
Big ice ring and amazing views of London skyline outside. Ticket price is fair for amount of time but not cheap. - James Clark
Aim to attend a session that starts 15 mins after the previous one ended, this means the ice was refreshed inbetween resulting in a smoother skate (this doesn't happen between every session). - Adele Tyler
Try the cheese on toast on the cafe. It's brilliant. - Ken Stearn
Can be really crowded on peak times. Take your time and be patient. - tais ~ ????
Newly refurbished, great cosy light interior, garden area is outstanding! Probably the best pub in Streatham Common - Ekaterina Petrova
Walk around the Rookery Gardens near the cafe, it's a beautiful formal garden. - Thom B
