Came here for lunch and had the Butter Chicken Platter . I prefer the Butter Chicken dinner dish at Amber in Mountain View , but the one here was quite good too. Great Naan in fact.
My Indian friend told me this place is amazing! It looks like this place is the bomb. I am excited to give it a try tonight! I enjoy Indian food in general anyway. So exotic and good!
If you like eggplant the Badami Baingan is crazy good. The spice level was perfect to make my mouth sing and roasted baby eggplants were perfectly cooked.
Go for the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani . Do note that it's too much for one person!
Palak Chaat starter was pretty good! Samosas OK -- better than most dishes I tried.
Butter chicken & cauliflower . Cocktails are solid esp the Pimm's cup. .
Pretty tasty, but expect small portions for Indian food . Ordered the garbanzo goat cheese patties which came out as 4 small balls! $7.50 for two bites each! Drinks are served in a child sized glass.
The Pisco Chuflay cocktail is the perfect paring with Ambers delicious Indian fare.
The curry gravies (in butter chicken , and fish curry ) were tasty -- full of butter. Chicken meat was dry, tough, and bland.
The non veg Thali comes with a tandoori chicken piece.
They will do half orders so you can get a selection of meat and vegetables
