The only bright spot in Port Authority Bus Terminal. It's relatively new and still clean . The lines get pretty long, but they move fast. Free WiFi is available here, power outlet are limited.

Usually really busy and seating is insufficient.

The store is beautiful although the staff is disjointed and don't pay very good attention to the customers. The team leader is always preoccupied with friends and people visiting him, not customers.

If the line is long, go to any of the other 8 billion locations within a three block radius, especially if you are headed in that direction anyway.

Get the app! Really easy to use and it gives you some nice little perks!

It's always busy because it's in PABT but it's really understaffed so it takes forever.

Open early, nice people and more than one register open

The staff is great, except for Emily. She's has no idea of how to treat paying customers.

Every time I’ve come here, I’ve been disappointed. Highly disorganized, forgotten orders, mixed up orders, 20 minutes waiting for one simple latte . Pathetic staff here, don’t waste your time!
