Bruges Waffles & Frites

Owner is super friendly and helpful. If I could rate these waffles 20 stars I would!!!! So delicious!!! The biscoff (spelling?) is indescribable- so so unique and good. Pig on a cloud is a must!!

I LOVE EVREYTHING! The frites are the best, especially with a cinnamon waffle with ice cream or their whipped cream stud on top! I also love their sauces! And customer service is AWESOME! Live it all!

Small location with friendly and unassuming staff . The food is incredible - waffles are made fresh to order and the toppings are all very tasty! Definitely will go back!

Tried the machine gun sandwich with frites and it was amazing!! Came back to try the waffles and it was the perfect sweet treat . The waffle was fresh and the guy cut fresh strawberries to top it off.

Growing up in belgium this is the real thing! Get the vanilla waffle for the most traditional Belgian street food . Dip your fries in the homemade mayo to enjoy them the way the Belgians do :)

Has been given best fries in SLC award in the past. I like the torpedoed with raspberries and creme fraisch.

Favourite place in Salt Lake ! The frites portions are humongous (I'd recommend sharing) and the waffles are glorious!

If you've ever been to the real town of Bruges, you will be disappointed. Not quite the frites I was hoping for. Don't get the Ricky burger . The dipping sauces are great. I'll try waffles next time

Adam tried the Machine Gun during his visit. The sandwich is filled with spicy lamb sausage , crispy fries and doused in sauce. As seen on Travel Channel’s Man v. Food Nation.

The sausage and waffles are amazing, especially with lamb .

The waffles are small, but the toppings make up for it. I loved the cookie spread. Waffles for dessert !

I don’t trust the ratings on this. It’s way better than 7.7, especially if you like liege waffles with classic European preparations. Maybe Utahns don’t like creme fraiche .

Try a vanilla waffle completely plain sometime, like Belgians eat them. Chocolate , berries , etc, is gilding the lily.

Started the man v food 'shadow' tour here. The machine gun is killer. Food won!

Fantastic folks! Even opened up a bit early for us this morning when we were on our way to the airport .

The Machine Gun could quite possibly feed every member of your family + a homeless person in Salt Lake City. Get it. It's amazing!

Caputos no longer allows Bruges food inside! Lame IMO but true. Keep in mind when planning. I say eat at Bruges!
