Awesome salad bar , prepared foods, and deli for sandwiches . Love coming here for lunch since I work nearby. Groceries are going to be 1.5-2x a chain store prices so only recommend for a couple things.

A mid-sized urban grocer with somewhat higher prices and a modest selection of refrigerated and frozen foods. Good produce and deli departments and freshly baked breads and bagels .

Awesome bread selection ...take your favorite loaf back to the deli & they will put it through the bread slicer for you!

Great selection even if it is a bit expensive . It reminds me of my "Monoprix" in Paris :-)

Great neighborhood grocery store . Perfect place to pick up wine and cheese !

Haggle with the produce guys if the flowers look a tad wilted. I snag some of the prettiest bouquets for $10!

Go to the back-left near the milk . There's a coffee station- help yourself to a free cup with any purchase!

Has the best powder organic goat milk . And variety of gluten free pasta

Two Degrees bars are sold here! Buy a delicious food bar and give a medically formulated food pack to a hungry child. Is Good. Does Good.

this would be the closest american market in the south end. there's enough groceries if u don't want to go too far!

Strangely I feel like they are more costly than Whole Foods... But at 2 blocks from the apt can't beat it.
