Those deep fried beadcurd skins are made of oil and goodness. How can anyone possibly resist them? And the fish scallop paste. And the iced tofu .
The place becomes one of must visit local Singaporean food. Try once to have an experience with Chinese style hotpot . 3 types of soup you should try are Mala, Tomato and definitely collagen one.
Open daily from 11:30am - 6am, so perfect for getting your collagen hot pot fix in the wee hours of the morning :) Beware that getting in and out of the mall is a bit of a maze after-hours.

Place your order from an iPad! Fried bean curd skin is a must as it's simply delicious!
The deep fried beancurd skin . Just a quick immersion of a few seconds into the broth is all you need.

If you’re msg-intolerant, do not top up the soup , cos the top ups seem to be msg-laden. #triedandtested #imo
