Food is excellent. Service is also top-notch - Covers are provided for your bags and phones. Order the hand-pulled noodles and watch the noodle man pull the noodles in front of you! Very impressive.
Good service , food is good too! You can even bring home a free snack on the way out.
Friendly service . Let the kids run about at the dry / wet playground outside while you watch from the comfort of the restaurant .
They provide complementary snacks for u when having a long queue . Best service
For 1st-timers ordering the Ma La Soup Base, would suggest to go with less oil and less spicy .
One person's good service is intrusive service to another. Repeated and constant intrusions and meddling with your pot.
The food is nice, service is good, but the wait is exhausting..... If your tummy can't wait, eat somewhere else.....
Chicken soup delicious !
Above average as compared to other steamboat restaurants
Seafood and the hand pulled noodles
Tomato soup !
Tomato soupp
Crowded always. Zzz
Service standard is not up to mark, they screwed up my reservation n a few others
Compete with Sheng Siong Supermarket. Giant Hypermarket offers super wide range of products from daily uses to hardwares and apparels. - Dönałd ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ
It's super big, and it has everything!!! The $2 price tag for all items is just awesome! - Prakash Perumal Haridas
What a great place for hot pot. Service is really good. It's always crowded & you need to wait most of the time. But they serve you drinks & fruit while waiting. Ladies can even get your nail done :) - Cheryl Nguyen
Order their signature collagen and ginseng chicken broth. Tasted so good it's really nice. Get the fried bean curd too - Amanda Wong
The chicken stock is our favourite soup base. Really liked the black fungus, hand-pulled noodle, yam pieces, pig intestines and mushroom sauce. Also recommend the pig brains if you’re up for it! - Sara Kay
Spacious and well-designed. Nicely done integration of indoor and outdoor elements. They had live music in the atrium that could be heard throughout most of the mall. - Davey Lagman
