Hai Di Lao Hot Pot

Having moved to Singapore after a few years in China, I can say that the Singapore branch does not have anynothing to envy from the one china: chinese hot-pot at his perfection, + some localized items

Not the best hot pot I've been to but still tasty & fun. Easy to order by tablet. Helpful & friendly staff . There's live entertainment during the meal & even free manicures while you wait for a table!

What a great place for hot pot . Service is really good. It's always crowded & you need to wait most of the time. But they serve you drinks & fruit while waiting. Ladies can even get your nail done :)

Really recommended place to have Chinese hotpot with quality of meat, various of soup , good service , squid ball, shrimp ball & fish ball . You can get good melon for fruit , Japanese toilet & icecream

You can choose 1 or 2 or 4 kinds of soup . Price varying depend on choices. I love Mala (standard is hot and numb enough you can customize way you like), pig stomach, 3 delicacy and tomato

We had very good and very impressive service. On table provide Bib, ladies hair tie, phone charger, ziplock for phone (also screen wipe). Overall delicious hot pot and good service

Tomato soup is good but chicken soup is superb! Was extremely impressed by their excellent service! Is a bit pricy but worth the price because the food is fresh! Love the 蝦滑 ????

For the first time go with someone who knows what to do. Awesome for kids as staff are very caring and there is also a staffed playroom with a camera live feed. Food is great overall

Love the place but had to wait over 1 hr and over 2 hours another time which was a bit ridiculous! Both times we came at 6-7 pm on a Thursday. Best to come for lunch , no wait. One of the best though!

By far the best hotpot in Singapore . It is pricey ; but the yummy soup base, fresh ingredients and superb service from staff more than makes up for it.

The spicy soup is really tasty and best for meat. Choose Less Numb option if you are not sure. Mushroom soup is recommended if you can't eat spicy food . Beef and Pork are fresh.

High-end hotpot place. Pricey but worth the money. Be prepared to queue but you get free snacks while waiting. Free manicures for the ladies.

Provide variety condiments (charged $4 per pax). You can created sauces upon your imagination and preferences. I loves it ☺️

Service is really number 1 here!! And love love love the soup base too. The chicken base is super tasty and mala one is gd too. I like the plum juice too. Will be back for more!

The place to be! Superb service and great food! Only 10 minutes of waiting in Thursday evening. After one of our drinking glass exploded by itself, got a free dessert and a souvenir plate.

Many choices of protein and vegetable . Half portion available when you order but still a generous portion . Good quality

Worth waiting for a table here. The Mala (spicy ) broth is packed w/ flavour & the marinated meats are really really good. Skip the Mantou.

Tomato soup is love! It's taste exactly like Tom Yum soup but without the spicyness! Just perfect for me!!

Extremely good service . A hugely popular and trustworthy brand of hotpot chain from China. Same excellent service standard as I experienced in Beijing! Offers pre-meal snacks , playpen and manicure .

Friday dinner came at 6pm. Luckily no queuing. Provide drink and snack during waiting. Free WiFi and some activity, even manicure !!!

Good service & nice food. However I prefer their Shanghai outlet. For whatever reason, I have headache & tummy ache after the hotpot meal. $40+ per pax.

May16: In lift of Trevista @ TPY, residents were excited when they saw Hai Di Lao crew with food bags. Staff then announced to the excited people that he provides Home Delivery of Hai Di Lao Hotpot .

service is really very good here! I like the tomato soup ~ beef is not bad. they actually have pigs brains here! such a rare find~ ????

Thumbs up for their 5* service ! Girls can do manicure while waiting and children can play at the playground provided. Ask for blanket if you're cold ???? and etc....

Not cheap but while waiting , those thing that keep u happy is great! I guess that even better than China. Anyway in China there is no long q so there isn't a need.

They are open till 3am... Great supper place or just good to have yummy hot soup before bed. Mix soup base was $20 though but worth it.

Everything here is good! Also, this outlet isn’t as crowded as the ones in malls so even better!

Worth the 1.5 hours wait. Very friendly greeters. This is my third time. Love it more in Shanghai though.

Sauces will cause you $4/pax. It's ok not to have any sauce 'coz the soup base is really good. Healthier choice!

They have kungfu la mian too. Order it and watch the shifu perform at your table.

Totally impressed with this place. Child care service , snacks while waiting with herbal tea , mani and pedi ! Woot!

Make reservations around 5pm ,otherwise they're too busy to take calls (seriously) we cued and waited 2 hours.

Finally i got to try this hotpot ! Surprisingly, i dont have to queue. Straight away jump queue! Song!

It was good but a bit pricey ! Well u get the more, if not better device. Eg the hotel for wiping the oil from ur hand
