Not your average steamboat place. Collagen soup , handmade fish-like cake tofu , bowing servers. What's there to ask for? Pretty reasonable to be for the price range. Must try for all steamboat fanatics

I like this refreshing Pomelo Drink served at the end of the meal for a more complete feel :-D

The crispy dried bean curd is very nice.. the server will ask u to dip in just for 3sec n take it out.

The collagen soup base is beyond amazing. One of the best hotpot in Singapore for me. Reservations highly recommended - nearly impossible to just get a table walking in.

Great place for fans of collagen rich soup , but not for true lovers of authentic Chongqing spicy hotpot . Lack the kick of traditional 麻辣, n more pricey . My vote goes to HDL

Love the collagen base soup here. Worth every penny . The one I tried is at centrepoint orchard . Close at 6am . Very good service

In addition to cooking, the kids here can try using the sieve to skim off scum and fat floating on the soup after prolonged boiling; or experience cooking Ramen with noodles sieve scoop.

Love their shark cartilage soup base and drunken live prawns ! Great atmosphere and friendly service . Definitely will come here again.

The collagen soup was delicious!! One of the best hotpot I've had so far.. although a bit on the pricey side.

You can book online via Chope but at least 14 days in advance. No luck for walk in unless you're having supper past midnight...

A nice hotpot place in the east. If you're a hotpot afficionado, you will not be disappointed here.

Pricey place but good food. The waiters actually bow after serving you, which is simply unbelievable "stunned like vegetable " for Singapore!
