Clarke Quay

The site of Clarke Quay was the centre of commerce during the late 19th century. Today, Clarke Quay is still buzzing with life and activity. The waterfront godowns now play host to a colourful kaleidoscope of restaurants, wine bars, entertainment spots and retail shops.

Nice area for casual stroll, casual dining or casual drinks along the river . The temperature around here settles quite a bit on the afternoon which makes for good place to hang out in at night.

Ahsan Nayon

Party never stops at Clark Quay.. Saturday night here is Madness.. Pick any of the nightclubs . Drinks here are costly.. for cheap drinks , u can buy bottle fron outside.Drink outside and then go clubs.

Brad Hager

This place is GREAT!! Lots of good places to dine, have drinks, listen to music & people watch . Spend an evening walking around just chilling or dining, bar hoping, & meeting people. 👍👍

Tomek Wolny

It has grown and now offers an amazing selection of dining types. Really happy with how modern and diverse it is. As cosmopolitan as it gets. Love it. Check out Shiraz and Mad about Garlic .

There's yearly Halloween Party on a Sat from 8pm. This year's on 29 Oct 2016 (from 8pm till late). Bring kiddos and family to see the Halloween-themed cosplay folks roaming around 👻👀😜

Add this place to your heritage tour of Singapore and come here at night for the parties and food and to see the lovely river lit up by lights from the buildings along the banks !

Did u know? "Quay" was from late Middle English 'key', from Old French 'kay', of Celtic origin. The change of spelling was influenced by modern French spelling 'quai'. Source: Oxford dictionary

This riverside quay is home to many bars , clubs, and restaurants , but the best way to see its beauty is by taking a bumboat ride. Also a must-try is the reverse bungee at G-Max Reverse Bungy .

Nikita Lukjanov

Amazing party atmosphere with clubs, pubs , bars for any taste. Or you can grab some booze and just sit on the quay :)

ajay

Very lively place during night and very expensive as well . Happy hours are more affordable though. Some places offer happy hours till 9pm and some till 7pm.

Tamara Cosovic

Amazing happening place with lots of variety of food and drinks. Make sure you find the social wall and click your picture!

Kseniia Kastusik

Go to this area in the evening, in morning and day hours it looks abandoned, but in the evening it's absolutely lively and cool place, A LOT of dining options.

Gary Hor

Take a stroll along the promenade. The best time to visit is around 5-6pm so you can catch the sunset . You can even take a boat cruise from here.

Jeffrey Kao

All the nightlife is here. I think they banned people from drinking in public on the bridge , but that is definitely the way to socialize and people-watch.

Helen Chua

Clarke Quay is still the best place to dine and wind down by the Singapore river with superb music from the nearby bar ! It's very crowded when I went on Tuesday!!

Chris Ioannou

Beautiful, simple, and relaxing. Simple as that! A place to visit with a lot of happenings around the clock.

Shajjad Mustafa

Halal certified foods should be installed at certain points. Halal bakery , cafe and Ice-cream should be around so that Muslims could also enjoy dining over there.

Sarp Erkaya

Like a resort town party street, filled with restaurants , bars , live music and entertainment. Fun in a touristy kind of way

Shajjad Mustafa

One of the attractions of Singapore for all types of people. Beautiful, nice atmosphere and everything else. But food here is not halal for Muslims.

Gabi Z.

The live bands ! Also the singers . Did i say the live band is amazing?

Cheen The Curious

Dogs must be leashed at all times. Dogs listed as dangerous by AVS are required to be muzzled too

Dara Fisher

This is one of a bunch of main clubbing areas, but there are also some lovely restaurants that are on docked boats in the river .

Kat 🐱

Nice and relaxing place to hang out with friends or just chill and walk along the street.

Ema Tu

Usually too crowded - especially on friday nite. If u need to get from one end to another end, just avoid the center of it cos sometimes u get there faster avoiding the most crowded spot there

Hj Azman Abdul Aziz

The sun is up today which means no outdoor lunch due to the humidity & heat. Not much activity during the day. Probably it gets livelier during the night especially at the bars area.

Daniel Hoeffel

The night life and atmosphere by the river is fantastic and lively

Margo Simon

Super atmosphere, people,u can find any kind of cuisine to satisfy ur needs.

Beer Guru

Cross the river to Brewerkz, Singapore's most famous brewpub . An array of styles brewed onsite, together with a large international craft beer list , means you're spoilt for choice.

Nadia Halina Nasarudin

A nice place to hangout, walkabout and see people having a good time together. A bit noisy for those looking for a quiet night.

Tried iranian food in shiraz resturant and that was great. Calrkequay is live and lovely

Adam Palmer

Tourists !!! Its very touristy , but it has to have one of the highest ratio of bars and restaurants to size of anywhere I've been. For an authentic experience go elsewhere, for choice go here!
