I stayed here for a week and I had such a great time. Very clean and wonderful view from rooms. staff were extremely friendly . Close to supermarket , restaurants , shopping malls and clubs. Recommend.

If you can just tour the presidential suite or reserve it for your engagement party. Pvt pool, extremely spacious . Larger than most NYC Apts. Food amazing. Service excellent

Beautiful resort ! Pool is huge with swim up bars ! There is a grocery store a block away which is convenient.

El servicio es excelente. El desayuno espectacular. Me encanta. Todos son muy amables y están al pendiente de que estés bien. La cena en el restaurante Isla Contoy junto a la alberca es muy buena.

La playa es pequeña pero suficiente para los niños. Magnifica atención, los alimentos de buena calidad aunque elevado el precio. Creo que lo vale para quienes venimos con niños. Si lo recomiendo.

El personal es muy amable y atenta, la comida bastante buena, áreas tranquilas , playa limpia. Suficientes restaurantes . Es el mejor restaurante en Cancún en el que me he quedado.

El spa está excelente vale mucho la pena, muy buen bufete de desayuno , el servicio de 10! Los cuartos muy buenos. Está un poco viejo, pero bien conservado. Para un fin de relax está perfecto
