Try the lunch buffet , great taste and decent value ! The kids loved hearing the ghost stories and walking through the old bar discovering tunnels . Get there before noon to beat the crowd.

Christy Drawdy

Rib portion was huge. Enough for 2. Sweet potatoes delicious. Atmosphere fun and pirates roam about giving history. It’s a true landmark and foods amazing.

Edie Sutton

The fresh banana pina colada was the best ever. The orange marmalade is the only orange marmalade that I will eat. Hate it normally. Love it here. had shrimp and grits this time and it was delicious.

Greg Fuller

Nice restaurant inside a historic building . The menu was a decent size and my section was very good. Service was good and a pirate walking around was a good touch. Nice selection of beers also.

Breana Pauline

We had the buffet and it was a shining example of real southern food . Everything was so flavorful! The wait staff were attentive and friendly and they give tours through the building as well !

Heather Avery

The bartenders , the food, the atmosphere, the character... Awesome! We had peel & eat garlic wine shrimp , spinach strawberry goat cheese salad and lump crab cakes . Yum! We'll totally be back!

Scott Groppenbecker

Go for their lunch buffet . It's not a bad price and they have some of their best food on it. Definitely try the BBQ chicken and Mac & Cheese . If you're ordering off the menu , try the Pecan Chicken .

Dawn Ratner

Thia is a great Sunday family lunch spot . Everyone loves the historic designe. Kids love the food and the Pirates. This is a must for visitors. They have delicous food as well .

Patricia Selent

The food and atmosphere were incredible. Michael Otworth has been to Savannah several times and suggested we go there for dinner.......it was a short walk from our hotel . Service was spot on.

Tiffany Porter

Very cool restaurant . Loved exploring the different rooms & the pirate gift shop . We had the soup , salad , & chicken salad plate and the pimento cheeseburger- both good. Service could have been better

Stephanie Varner

Great honey butter biscuits ! I had the fried pork chop sandwich and it was delicious. Our server was very friendly and provided great service. Fun environment, great food!

Carl F

We saw this on the tour . It's part of the tunnel system that was once used to smuggle rum . Be sure to take the kid friendly tour . Lots of fun.

Ulaş Çamsarı

Such an outstanding piece of history. Those who are fans of Stevenson's Treasure Island , you have got to see this place. Captain Flint of the book is said to have died here, telling his stories.

Jim Chandler

The food was good and well presented, I had the shrimp and grits and it was good but had a couple of shrimp shells in it. The she crab soup was excellent.

Bethanne Babbs

The fried oysters are excellent! Has a great atmosphere... especially if you like history. Definitely take a light jacket though, it's a little cool inside sometimes!

Stan Johnson

Had the lunch buffet . Hands down, the best southern buffet I've had. The mash potatoes , mac n cheese , collards , chicken , greens, biscuits ....all AMAZING!!!

Kat

Oldest bar in Georgia and a must while you're in Savannah. Bypass the wait and head over to the historic (and recently fully reno'd) bar space.

Lauren Darr

A great time in the bar area! Get the artillery punch , and if Travis is behind the bar , ask for the Pirate's Butthole shot! Get the pecan crusted fried chicken...soooooooo gooood!

Cortney Wallace

The service was awesome! The she crab soup was outstanding, and the shrimp parmesan was delicious! I will definitely be going back! ????

Christine Clark

Great place. Good food. Strong mint julip. Huge amount of food. Only vegetarian option is the house salad .

Kristen Natale

The crab soup and shrimp basket is excellent! Great customer service from the moment we walked in! If you are able come when they first open, few people and more room to explore!

Stephanie B

Chat with Country !! She is awesome and makes AMAZINGLY drinks! Ask for her signature drink called "country " ????

Adam Tornes

Ask for a pirate's tour and learn a bit about Savannah's pirate history. Get a "Skullcrusher" to drink - it'll knock you on your ass!

Bikabout

Neat piece of Savannah history. This is where unsuspecting young men were boozed up and kidnapped in the middle of night onto boats for indentured servitude.

Shorty

Just had some drinks and a 'tour ' of the place by a 'pirate' actor. Only stop at the bar to have drinks if you have LOTS of time on your hands. The tour is kid geared.

Virginia Hall

I was very impressed. The lunch buffet was fantastic and fairly priced . Much better than lady and sons. Joseph was a fantastic server. We will be back to see him.

Kristi Herald

The food is delicious and it's a great place for kids. Make sure you take advantage of the nightly specials. Release the Kracken punch was a big hit at our table.

Minh Nghi

Pimento cheeseburger is cooked to your desired temperature (a rarity) and totally worthy skipping breakfast for. Eat in the bar and a enjoy the baudy jokes!

Chris Salmon

Buffet excellent, small but very delicous. Mac and cheese and eggs benedict are out of this world

Frank Marino

Oh my god the sea food here was phenomenal everything was great the service was fantastic and entertaining

Michael Delamer

Try the southern fried quail and waffles appetizer ! And for your meal the chicken and sausage jambalaya which is out of this world !!!

Claire White

This place is truly historic with authentic , original atmosphere and the best food I've ever had.

Laurence Ridgwell

Great buffet and awesome setting with such an old haunted house

Bennett Rainey

The food was excellent. Service was prompt and courteous. We had had the grilled chicken . But I think one of the ghost gave me diarrhea. Very haunted.

Brandi Bruce

The renovations might have took some of the old charm but the drinks are still tasty and the food delicious!

Amy Hatch

Check out the pirate tunnel . Yeah the legends are there for the tourist but it's still fun and they have calorie free desserts

Jennifer Goldfarb

Expensive but delicious and an incredible historical building .

Jeremy

A Savannah must! Storied history with excellent food and service! You can't go wrong here. We absolutely loved it.

We did the buffet for lunch and it was delicious! The banana pudding was amazing!!

If you are planning an evening visit, make sure that Jack Sparrow (he’s young and short ) is there. He’s really, really good and will give you an excellent time. READ REVIEW Read more
