One of the smallest Goodlife s in Toronto. However if you come during lunch it's perfect. What this place has going for it is it's squash courts .
Close to the art school I go to, least I get to workout and get along w great staff , trainers too like Adam. Some stuff needs improvement but just make the best out of it all n leave feeling great.
Went to this location for the first time today. The gym itself has small and compact kind of feel to it. Small change rooms , decent amount of cardio and strength training equipment. Staff were nice.
Unlike older posts which I think are outdated, there are about 10 treadmills . Everything is clean and tidy. I come from the Goodlife at Steeles + Victoria Park , so I think this place is nicer.
Love the staff ! If you're looking to get whipped into shape, sign up with trainer Alex G. He's knowledgeable , motivational, and hilarious! You'll have a blast getting in great shape!
Yes it's sketch but it's rarely packed which is a good thing. No waiting around for equipment
The workout music they play in the mornings is Baby-Boomer classic rock garbage. No one should endure working out to Bob Dylan or Pink Floyd.
For 40 bucks a month it's a good deal . It's got everything you really need, and some shit you don't.
Always under construction , so no one uses the weights. Fairly empty compared to other Goodlifes.
Training staff is great, train with Alex G and you'll see amazing results, I sure did!
Couple good machines. The guy working there was one of the rudest and unprofessional staff members I have seen. Will never go back
If you don't like running while watching birthing or plastic surgery shows, you may want to ask for the remote.
Great Place. Great Members. Great Staff .
Not as nasty as other tips say. Very small and narrow but group instructors and newer staff are friendly and helpful.
Good gym . Small but equipment and facilities are in great condition.
Monday/Wednesday yoga 's awesome.
Creepy and confusingly. Why is a girl using an old bottle of Siracha as her water bottle
Notice the new planters out front? Neither did I, but I unde
Great squash club
Apparently they don't do classes here anymore? Weird.
This gym has almost no redeeming qualities
Brian is right. The music does suck. If I hear "Castles in the Sky" one more time, there will be hell to pay.
Too many dudes loungin' around and having conversations naked in the change room ...what's with that
BodyCombat classes are intense!
They play the worst music so bring headphones.
This place is filthy, the equipment is raunchy and the people are sketchy . Abort.
Cardio area sucks. Way to small. Only 5 treadmills .
No weights. Worst music ever!
Downtown Goodlife gyms never fail to impress. Great classes and great shower rooms compared to other Goodlife facilities. - Marvin
Free parking, towel service, lots of equipment. Usually pretty busy, even in the middle of the day. - Ryan Boudreau
Yes it's not the biggest, but even when crowded there is hardly a wait. Nice staff, and machines. - Ethan Moore
The line-up to cash out on the main floor is rope-like long. Best to pay upstairs at the Pharmacy. - May Li
