For those of u who don't know, it's free parking all u do is sign in ur plates and name and ur good to go! Awesome staff
Free parking , towel service , lots of equipment. Usually pretty busy, even in the middle of the day.
Beware of the women's change room . Older "ladies" shaving down calluses and cutting toenails right on too the floor! Makes me barf in my mouth!
Granted this goodlife could be cleaner, it has the most machines and "personal space" out of all the Goodlifes in the west end. Went on a Tuesday at 7pm, wasn't too crowded .
Avoid peak hours. Only has one proper squat rack in the entire gym .
I like this location because it's 24 hours , has a pool and a hot tub .
I like the pool here, always nice for a cold day
If you drive remember to checkin yr car at the front not to get ticket afterwards
To avoid the rush come in after 10pm
Woman at front desk was very helpful to us this am
Sauna after workout is recommended.
Just got a free t shirt by referring 3 friends. Lol.
open 24 hours except weekends. Bring your own towel.
One of the worst locations around. Woman's change room could be cleaner, the toilets are always gross. Three visits to do Aqua class no instructor so unprofessional
great spin class on Saturday 10am
Ladies change room is always a gross wet mess.
No towel service , dirty , crowded and paid parking .
The girls at the front desk are always extremely rude, without fail. Terrible customer service.
Good gym. Small but equipment and facilities are in great condition. - Brian Parisien
Not the biggest club ever, but it has what I need and has good staff. Diane G. is a great trainer and friendly to all. The classes are really well attended so be prepared to come early. - Leanne E.
BodyShred is intense...no need to show up early just on time ready to work hard. - Janet Gouveia
Pricey but good quality. Recently renovated. Weekends very busy. - James Middleton
