Best Cinema around especially if you go into Xplus screening which is always the best experience. There is also Costa onsite , typical cinema food and free parking

Considering this cinema costs the same as other ones, it's now miles above the competition. Great sound and massive reclining seats in the XPLUS screens .

Great cinema . Great comfy seats and lots of leg room. Some screens also come with electric recliners as standard. No extra cost for VIP seating . Definite plus

Great seats as discussed on other reviews, I’d suggest you book via the app as it has no booking fee. A Website booking adds 60p per ticket for no benefit.

Huge, comfortable , reclining seats . Loads of free parking . The X-Plus screen is enormous and the sound system is excellent.

Always nice to visit here but their refusal to refund a ticket cost for our disabled friend, who’s eligible for a free ticket for a carer, was shockingly bad. Apparently now you must ring to book !

The Chips 'n' Cheese are loverly here !. Screens 13 and 14 are the daddy, but they typically only have crap films in them. It would also be nice if you could see what films are in each theatre

Great cinema . Web site is terrible however, as it's subcontracted to some uncaring company who are a nightmare to get hold of. So be patient with it and use it well in advance.

Friendly and civilised. Nice to have a lounge bar upstairs and you can take drinks into movie !

Get a showcase card - free to sign up and pay only £5 per person all day Monday and Tuesday's also from 6:30 on Sundays. Enjoy

Remember your insider card to get cheaper viewing on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and I think Wednesday now

I like the fact that all their seats are luxury ones and not just a few.

Crazy reclining seats here now, but their car park exit back right up and makes people late to watch their film .

Waited ages to buy a ticket with discount voucher which wouldn’t work online, 1 person only on ticket desk, 3 or more guys in shirts n ties, presumably management, standing around talking, useless!

Matinee rates have now changed, so afternoon showings are cheaper again. But Tuesday prices have increased slightly also.

Screen 14 is epic. It's a small screen that's kitted out better than the Vue. Every seat is VIP+

Stopped going here because its too expensive , old decor, small uncomfortable seats and staff are rude. Much prefer Vue Cinema in The Oracle. Much more modern and get more for your money.

Some of the seating here is old fashioned and very uncomfortable.

Movietickets works here - but they need to upgrade to a deluxe!

Beware the website, especially the ticket system, which makes you very angry as it charges and is unforgiving. Really embarrassing for Showcase and undermines such a nice cinema .

Cinema is great, Web site a nightmare and the ticketing company that runs it are very unhelpful if you make a mistake so be careful. Also charge 60p. Showcase should sort not use movietickets .com.
