Best Peking duck I've ever had in Singapore, the wrapper actually have amazing texture conplimenting the exceptionally crispy skin !
Dim sum : Great XO carrot cake , good roast pork and mushroom dumplings . Liu sha bao , and Bolo bao very well executed. opulent chinese ambience, with cushioned booths . Great view of casino .
Imperial treasure chains hv d most consistent quality throughout their fine dining establishments n this is no exception. In fact, many items in the menu r repetitive. Dimsum is pretty solid here too.
Peking duck was perfect, tender with crispy skin . Durian motchi was so good. Despite the great food, the service was disappointing. The waitresses were unfriendly, everything seemed like a bother.
Go for the soup (very good), xo carrot cake and egg tart
alaskan crab cooked with ginger and onion leeks ..a must..barbecued cold cuts ...cod fish ..everything here is very good

It's called fine cuisine but the menu remained the same in all imperial treasure restaurant , price slightly higher. Last no free corkage . Wtf?
Crayfish in chilli crab sauce
Peking duck , beef fried rice with olives : delicious. But avoid salted fish veggies , too salty.
Chiken ginseng is top
don't let the waiter/waitress recommed for you as you will be surprise for the price!
