I love love love this branch. The staff are way friendlier than the one in bukit bintang . Bought so many things from them, and not even once I was treated badly or without a smile. Two thumbs up!!

Love this place. By far the best outlet I've been to. Advisors so friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely patient and generous with time and samples.

The star is given based on the customer service experience. They are not friendly or welcoming. They look unapproachable and look at you with judgement. The store is great but not the staffs .

The staffs makin lama makin stuck up. Only the guard greets and says thank you. Maybe he can give them beauty queens some customer service tips. je suis tres enraged.

Love this shop!! They have nice and polite workers that give you good advises!!

3CE Korean famous cosmetic is now available at Sephora :)

The staff here are much more friendly than Starhill KL. and NYX cosmetic are so sellable.. Don't know when are they gonna restock everything ! :(

Redeemed my birthday gift from the Benefit Brow Counter. The girls here are really nice compared to other Sephora branches

It's spacious ... although I still prefer sunway pyramid outlet. The consultants are less attentive here.

Staff 's are nice but they really need to check their credit machines. HSBC,SCB&even MBB debit cards can't be used for payment and it worked elsewhere just before that.

Make sure you know what you want during sale, cos they'll be too busy to layan your karenah

I like their foundation brushes here! They provide lots of testers !!!

Not tremendously pleased w the Benefit Brow Bar service . They draw brows based on their personal interests and not on what suits the face. I DO NOT like thick eye brows, and I DO NOT care if you do.
