Excellent beer selection on tap and in bottles. Staff are friendly and it can be oddly quiet on weekend nights given the location.
Great local pub recently refurbished (Spring/Summer 2010) , often frequented by University employees. Serving a well kept selection of ales and a simple but tasty menu.
Apart from the students it's great. They tend to be nerdy rather than gitty, which is ok. Great varied ales . So good pob in ask other respects.
