A lovely hotel with some really nice ruins!! It is a gorgeous building and is close to the Lancaster gate tube station !! That said, the breakfast left me a little underwhelmed!!

Great location and if you are here for business, the rooms are just the right size (single) big enough bed, toilet and bath/shower fine. All clean . English breakfast is very unhealthy though.

Convenient location. 2 mins walk to underground station Lancaster Gate . Rooms are bit outdated but comfortable . Walking distance from many key spots in London

Great location✔️ close to the Hyde Park and you can walk to oxford street if you like walking. But the front desk were a bit rude.

It is a dump . Watch for the showers you can't use, breakfast that doesn't let you eat and staff losing bookings . Ideal if you like hot rooms and hearing EVERYTHING in the room next door.

Small rooms that are at least fairly modern. However you always get the infamous 8am house keeping "knock" to get you up and out... Annoys the hell out of me.

Went for an afternoon tea with a Groupon voucher ! Really worth it!! Just pay £3.50 for service charge on top.

£7.10 for a glass of wine ? Maybe that's the norm in London but seemed a bit steep to me. Atilla thought it was ok though.

The hotel is a bit dated but the location can't be better. Friendly staff too.

Location's good on the central line . Standard twin room's a bit too small. But free wifi for guests in the room. Breakfast is the same menu everyday.

Small room , free wifi , NO PARKING but you can park round corner for £17 p/24h

What a shi**y, shi**y hotel ... Noisy , depressing decaying rooms. Room dedorant smells so bad, had to open the windows for 2-3 hours.

The room is too small and the elevators are too slow. But location& live music is good.

Rooms are super small with low ceilings. Elevators are tiny as well . It's bearable but I wouldn't stay here again.

Very disappointed... Troubles with reservation and no compensation. Rooms are new although very small.

They use dark meat in their Ceasar salad . Blech.

The Hotel service is excellent but the rooms are horrible. Very tiny beds on wheels and a tiny bathroom . The lighting is also horrible.

The rooms are way too small. I can't even turn in the shower in the almost non-existent toilet . Elevators are so so so slow

Мне все понравилось. Хорошая гостиница . Ну и что что не новая и не все блестает новизной. Но в номере есть гладильная доска !!!! И утюг !!! Чайник и чай на любой вкус!!! Кровать просто замечательная.

Нормальный отель ! Самое замечательное это то, что есть гладильная доска и утюг !!!! Ну и что, что не абсолютно новый, но зато даже очень не чего. И завтраки нормальные, а не одно хлопья с молоком .

Отель нормальный, не хороший и не плохой. Аккуратно, по-английски уютно , номер маленький, да и большой-то не нужен. Радует наличие утюга , не хватает бутилированной воды , нужно заходить в магаз по пути

Hotel bueno para el precio y la ubicación que tiene. Los cuartos son chicos y el ascensor se congestiona pero por 140 libras no se FO sigue nada mejor. Cerca del subte y pegado al Hyde

Bom hotel , localização excelente , só atravessar a rua está no Hide Park.

Hôtel très agréable, bien situé à quelques mètres du métro /bus. Idéal pour un long weekend !!!
