Great steak and food. The desserts are amazing. Always a lively atmosphere . And terrific value for a dinner in Central! Always on my short list of restaurants in Central -- hard to beat!

Solid steak frites . Service was good, surprising given that the establishment is so new. The house béarnaise is made on the spot, and worthy; frites could do with a bit less salt. House red is great.

Come before 7pm and you don't need to wait for a table. Just pay 278hkd for one couvert, one salad and a big portion well done steak with crispy french fries !

Loved the true medium rare and very tender meat (from Wisconsin it seems) and the fries have some sort of spices that makes them so tasty! I understand why it's packed despite serving only 1 dish

A good place to go if u usually have a tough time to choose, coz they only have 1 choice - steak & fries . If u have a party of 4 or less, they do not take reservation , so come before 6:30 as walk in.

Love the laid back casual vibes , ace service and delish food. I would recommend coming early to save a spot, reservations only avail for large groups

Get here by 7p for 'walk in' dining. Efficient service and very good, no-frills steak frites . Try a glass of house red to accompany your steak .

Unlike most places that tend to overcook your order, La Vache! seems to err on the undercooking side. If you normally go for medium rare, ask for medium . Mayo is a must for your frites .

It's my 5th visit. The food was quite good value for money . Salad , steak and fries were all up to standard. Just that its very noisy . Don't go if you look for a romantic ambience .

Good steak place at very reasonable pricing, but they have a funny policy of not being able to share your food, so make sure you're feeling carnivorous!

They serve steak and fries only. You can only choose how to cook it. Dessert selections are amazing btw!

For a big party, make reservations ! For smaller parties, you can't reserve so better get there early, around 6:30 to avoid a super long wait

You can only order one thing here and that's the only dish you need. The steak and fries are so good, esp the steak sauce .

One meal choice would be ok if the steak was really great, which is not the case. Also, the reservations , and the staff who deals with it, makes guests feel uncomfortable-and not for a small check.

Frankly the steak is more or less the same as le Relais de l'Entrecote at wanchai I prefer the original one and the desserts are better there.... Staff well maybe just not my day.. A bite rude here..

Pick how you want your steak to be cooked. Rare in HK that they cook to perfection

Decent steak frites but the cream caramelle (apparently that's what it's called) stole the show for me. Wine selection by glass is awful.

Place is good but this napoleon cake is just normal or impressive as the steaks and fries here.

Expensive for what it is. The steak is supposed to be a rib eye , but excuse me that's not it. The lettuce from the salad was stale and the wine menu is horrid, super expensive for crappy French wine .
