Friendly staff , good aroma, people in the parking lot can be a bit rude/impatient sometimes. The lines for checkout tend to get a bit long so bring a book or have a game on your smartphone.

I love the variety of products! Install their app, they always have interesting discounts !

Michael's is a very busy store. If you wanna get in and out, come in the mornings, not in the afternoon, evenings, or Sunday. And make sure your item has a barcode. The line will move faster that way.

Great store for arts and crafts. A little expensive but way better than the religiously affiliated Hobby Lobby nearby.

Better assortments of cake decorating items than Pleasant Hill , but always busy. And the parking lot is filled with evil rude distracted surbanites who should not be allowed to drive

Be very careful in this parking lot ! People are rude and crazy here! A woman honked at me because I was waiting for someone to pull out of a spot!
