Except for the crazy parking lot (the drivers go to fast and close) the store is clean and well maintained

Spend a little more and walk next door to Marshall's. The customer service and product quality is much better.
Customer service is poor here. The zipper broke on a pair of boots two days after purchase, and store offered only to exchange for exact replacement. The only other pair also had a broken zipper !
