Smaaken is Dutch for TASTY! Our waffles use organic, heirloom varietal wheat grown by Greenwillow Grains in Corvallis, OR. It takes 24 hours for our yeasted and barley malted batter to develop its exquisite flavor.

The blueberry vanilla one (blue moon), the Amsterdam one with spinach were both excellent. Would go again. $29 for 3 waffle sandwiches .
A better (though understandably more expensive ) alternative to the McGriddle, Smaaken's Windmill makes an alright breakfast . I finished without sticky hands. I'd opt for the basil and Brie next time.
Smaaken = tasty. The eponymous sandwich with bacon , brie , and spiced apples lives up to its name.
Sausage Apple and cheese is a must try. Skip on the jam/butter

Waffles are just basic and are a bit expensive . Service was slow too
