Tiny mall that doesn't really stand out. It does have a Cold Storage and Guardian and is steps from the Park Avenue Suites.

Some of the security guards for the office block behave as if visitors, and even tenants, owe them a living. Rude beyond belief! ????

More food stores here. Very small. Has a 7/11 and Starbucks.
