Much better food than this location's previous incarnations. Huge portions . But the service was horrendous. If they clean house on the staff , this place will win.

Poor service. The experience was much better when it was the Ugly Mug. They need to clean staff and improve customer experience.

Horrible service! Waited 20mins to order and there were only 10 people in the whole place. My tip is go somewhere else!
