Budget a lot of time. Just waited 20 minutes to pay for merchandise that we'd called ahead and had set aside.
Ask for Edith -- she's awesome!
They REALLY do not have time for you...i have walked out several times even though I wanted to buy
If you like Pottery Barn, skip the help and buy online...they are NEVER helpful
