I want to thank Everyone who has checked in for leaving tips. It helps us out a lot. Please continue to do so. For those who may not have had pleasant experiences, I assure you things will be better

The baristas here a super friendly ! Took a photo of my order and asked if its good. ????????‍♀️ Not sure, I just made it up! ???? Guess what, it’s really good! ???? You like caramel x chai , try it!!

When we need our coffee fix and we're in the area, we'll stop in, but it's not our preferred Starbucks. Some of the longest wait times we've ever experienced.

Such negativity on most of these posts but my experience lately is that the staff here is awesome. Eric is my favorite he knows what I order everyday an rarely wait for anything

The Staff . Well they r always so friendly . PLUS its pretty clean and quiet . People watching here is also nice as its positioned directly across from Trump Soho .

Lines and waits at times could be long but besides that great service and good teas

Surprisingly dirty and lacks ample seating . One of the stranger SBUX I’ve been to, but I will say the staff was friendly .

The heater seats were in winter thought a nice thought, but burning your ass is worse than burning your mouth.

Have patience and come for the shear entertainment value of coffee feines freaking out because they have to wait for their coffee .

The space is a bit weird in its design and the cake I had was certainly not ... recently made.

Limited seating at this Starbucks, but if you wait a few minutes, you'll snag a seat and an outlet.

Great remodel and the female manager on thursday mornings is phenomenal. I'll ask her name next time!

Go to the Starbucks on Hudson instead. The walk might be longer but you'll make up the time because the wait is so much shorter.

If u r looking for space to sit and do your work this might not be d place as there s very lil space to sit

Great barista group. Friendly and usually know my name and order before I get to the counter.

This location has a great papparazzi subculture stalking d-list celebs at Trump Soho across the street

small but has enough cables to charge battery . In rest f the town I've been passing, not often can find it

Baritas are always friendly and fast here! I always get my Iced Venti Sweetened Non-Fat Coffee in the Summer!

Try the coffee . It's their specialty.

They lock the bathroom an hour early and then act like assholes until everyone leaves.

Grab a bag of Apple-2-the-core from the basket next to the line . They are sooo delish!!

Caffeine is a great mental boost if you limit to 2 cups per day

The worst Starbucks I've been in. Unfortunately it's my closest to work, so I still use it, but the staff are miserable (verging on rude) and disorganized.

In the morning, this place can be pretty awful. But in the afternoon, it's only slightly terrible, so pick your battles.

Mocha lite frapaccino is perfect this time of year.

PS-forgot to mention they screwed up the order. now they are discussing how they can get fired and collect unemployment. classy

Get here before 10 or head to the loc at Hudson and King -- line moves fast but drinks take forever...

Note to the barista: um, you got my order wrong, you don't get to be the rude dick in this scenario. Never had this problem in any other Starbucks.
