Most ridiculous place in history. There should be a section to drop equipment off versus establish new service. Unnecessary waiting and on top of that, the check in dude is a douchebag .
Had EXCELLENT service from Kristen Kalous! My total wait time was 1 minute, and she saved me a bunch of money!
Even just to give them their equipment back, you have to be put on the waiting list along with the ones who are here to sign up and the ones who are here to fix their problems... ridiculous!
It opens at 10am, I suggest bring a tent, so you can be first in line ... Pretend its black Friday!
