Love it! I never have any issues with Apple and the ability to set up an appointment online and walk in be waited on and leave in under 25 minutes for anything is quite amazing. Hands on is great! ????

If you are a business client, be sure to let your genius know... You will get more professional advice about product selection and perhaps a discount , too.

Very understanding and helpful! My iphone screen was shattered and they helped me in every way possible to fix my phone.

Place is always packed it seems. Staff always manages to try and make things right. Try going during the week / day to avoid crowds

Save yourself aggravation and time. DO NOT SET FOOT IN THIS STORE. I remember a time when I bragged about the Apple Store experience. Unfortunately those days are long gone. They're too busy to help.

Kids shouldn't leave their Facebook accounts signed in on the display iPhones, social lives can, may be, and will be destroyed! Just saying :)

These guys go above and beyond. Yes, it is crowded , but the wait is worth the effort!

Back up your device at home first before going in for any troubleshooting. Don't do it in store over wifi . It'll take forever. Plan ahead.

Alex was wonderful and completely professional. He made my trip into the store bearable.

Can’t buy an adapter but others can buy stuff. Can’t buy it at the store but have a courier delivery. Really dumb?

Ask any questions about their products and see what response u get... Usually a dumbfounded confused look or a response like "what's an iPhone?"

If you work at the mall , or are just bored, go into the Apple store and check up on your social media sites. BUT remember to log off! :]

Middle of the day on a weekday in February, the place is crowded with senior citizens.

---May 18th 2016----Had an issue with my 2 month old Iphone 6S . Customer service by far one of the worst, the employee instead of providing solutions to the issues, mocked the issues with the phone.

It's nice to spend a little bit of time around here!!
