Right at 6th and Congress. A great location! Open early at 6am and good wifi
The Starbucks a few blocks north on 10th and Congress is much quieter and a little cleaner. In my opinion a better experience. The one exception is when there are protests at the Capitol.
Friendly baristas and perfect drinks. Also a popular phone charging spot during SXSW. Lol.

Baristas are really friendly and quick. Asking for the restroom to be unlocked is a little awkward though.
To those not in the know, the restrooms are locked for a reason. How much would you enjoy cleaning up homeless person shat? Yeah, me either.
Fairly clean but seating is a little awkward. I see lots of outlets though so that's a plus.
Comfy chairs hidden in the back right side.
Try their coffee . It's scrumptious and warning.

Wouldn't recommend this place - if you get anything iced besides plain coffee they skimp on the drink. Large chai latte was 85% ice and barely any liquid.
American Express specials and discounts seems to work only for US cardholders ;(
