Nicely designed interior with plush seats . 3 HDTVs showing cnn. Service is quick. Wifi !

The dining area is large and fancy . Who would've expected to find TVs tuned to CNN at a McDonald's?

Try the Angus Third Pounder With Swiss And Musroom - Very tasty, actually.

Frozen lemonade , chicken & ranch wraps , and breakfast .

These people are so annoying. Nice, but annoying. They will keep asking "can I help you?" until you order your food. But it's a fast service .

Bathroom in the city that doesn't require a key or passcode. Walk in, and enjoy!

This place is huge, and rather modern... Unfortunately the service was rather lackluster and the community of guests eating was a bit abrasive.

Free wifi and they never bug you for asking for extra honey .

Double-check your receipt. They charge higher prices than what is listed on their menu board. When asked why, employees say it's because the menu board is wrong.

Terrible service my order was rang up wrong and they wanted to charge me extra for what they didn't hear. That I said loud and twice.. the co-workers defended them in their ignorance too much attitude

Come here and get panhandled inside the restaurant !

Friendliest breakfast crew ever!

This is easily one of the if not THE worst McDonalds in Chicago. The service is very slow and incompetent and the prices are outrageous even for a downtown location.

Burgers are specialty

In the evening the service is slow. I could have personally made the burger in the time it took to place my order.

Just "food". No emphasis on "fast" here...

SLOWEST. MCDONALD'S. EVER. I couldn't wait in line any longer or I would've missed my train .

What the... ? This McDonald's must be the only one in Chicago that doesn't give free refills.

Horrible service. Had a LivingSocial promo and was turned down.

The wi-fi here is unreliable at best. Often it doesn't work at all.
