Best bagels all around. El Segundo-Rosecrans Ave is most convenient location. I pick up a box with 2 cream cheese for the office early morning. Starbucks is next door.

try the garlic & herb smear that's a boom for brunch ... on a sesame bagel ! or the hungry, try the veggie bagel !

Restaurant tends to be cold if weather's chilly (tile floors, door locations, traffic in/out), so may be better to eat in your car to stay warm.

The Sourdough with Lox is my favorite!

I used to be regular meaning almost every morning. I like my bagel with easy cream cheese ... and ask for 25% less fat

Bagels aren't bad, but 4 out of 5 times I ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie and they had no bananas . Buy some damn bananas , or don't list it on the menu! Just sayin.

FYI No hot espresso drinks (e.g. mochas , lattes ) here. Starbucks is next door, but no thank you.

Iced coffee with a lox & cheese bagel is a great start to the day!

The location in downtown Manhattan Beach is better. You don't really get much for your money here and it comes out cold.
