I increased my budget by $75, and Molly was able to find the perfect gown for me. She is patient and professional and made three trips totally worth the search. Go on a weekday. Saturdays are nuts .

Faith is the best, however all the staff pitched in with helpful advice and critiques. We found the perfect dress and cathedral veil for Jocelynn's wedding set for October 24th!

Saying YES to the dress was made memorable with the Bell ringing tradition and full round of applause from the entire store!

They all seem so stressed out and it really shows. Trying on wedding dresses is supposed to be a special event and it just wasn't.

Horrible help after I tried on my bridesmaid dress . Got a lady that had a pure accent. And she just leaves me clueless with the dress after telling me I need alterations and I didn't know what to do.

Do NOT work with Michelle! She was rude to the bride and bridesmaids , disrespectful to the mother of the bride , and didn't listen to anything the bride asked for.

Service was terrible!! Not a good experience for a bride to be who should feel special during this time!
