Natalie in the salon does an amazing cut and knows what she's talking about. Never been happier with a cut... though they could definitely up their customer service

See Cherry for extensions. She got the effect I wanted and they are great.. lots of compliments

Lots of girls, token men's cologne section. It's not bad but if it were up to me, I wouldn't be there.

I see Dawn for my hair color and cut. She's so nice and does a great job!

Monique at the Benefit Brow Bar is the best!

This place is a mess. It is really hard to find items when they are not in their proper location. It would also help if the sales people knew where the items are located. The place is going downhill.

The manager here is not very bright . She does not know the details of current sales or how to keep the store organized . Poor customer service. Very unhappy with my last 4 visits to this store.

Great stylist in the salon by the name of Jesse. I highly recommend him.

The benefit cosmetic people are not helpful.

Both times I've been here the customer service has been nothing but rude when I tried to locate an item. Try to avoid shopping here if you can.
