InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland

Most of the guests come from/to the Cleveland Clinic . Suites are very comfortable , spacious , newly renovated. Customer service is good as well .

Christie at the front desk is the nicest, most genuine person we've ever met at any hotel , & we have been to plenty. This place has great rooms & great service. STAY HERE! ESP if u r here for Clinic

This hotel is great, with great customer service...only thing that sucks is the wifi .

Currently (December 2015) there is construction activity associated with the forthcoming Holiday Inn next door that slows valet service .
