The customer service was probably the best we've had all year. Friendly , attentive, the staff here really treat their guests like family. Definitely would come back here!

Stayed here on work trip and got upgrade to a suite that included a jacuzzi tub and a board room overlooking the entire city , so sweet!

Great staff ... Rooms are decent, free parking and shuttle service to downtown... No continental breakfast .

Really close to downtown if you are going to see the Indians or the Cavs

You can buy tickets to Indians games from the front desk. And they are GREAT seats as they are where the owner of the hotel sits. Grab em quick though.

UNSATISFIED. I specifically requested a non smoking room in advance of arrival, but got a smoking room because they were booked out. I left because the room smelled putrid, they refused refund.

The fitness center is a joke. A closet with 2 treadmills and one elliptical machine. Need to get there *early*
