Super quick and good service today. Last time I visited this location one of the guys went above and beyond to find me a cd I couldn't find for 20 minutes lol. Wouldn't Super impressed.

Best Buy prides themselves on customer service, yet I never have any decent customer service at this one. The return policy is unbelievably rigid too, make sure to ask for a gift receipt!

The fancy TVs are in the back. Great electronics store-wide and the Magnolia area has higher end audiophile products as well .

The best Best Buy location in the galleria area only because the Myerland Plaza location closed down last year.

Please Beware of Online Ordering for Store Pickup!!!!!! I ordered a laptop for in store pickup but they shipped it to another state and are still charging me. This may be some type of fraud!

There were 5 Best Buy Employees at the Front desk and only 1 person checking out people. This lady got pissed off b/c she was asked to step aside so that ONE person could finish checking others SMH

They need to work on organizing their items

Every time I drive by this place I remember how much I hate best buy. If every store in the world had such a consistently miserable staff , I would be a very wealthy man.

Dress in khakis and blue and offer to help customers and they'll tell you to leave.

Always ck ur Best Buy gift cards before throwing them away! I just used a $50 one when I thought I only had $2 bucks on it! Swaeet!

DON'T waste your money on geek squad. Third time I've been here for the same reason within a two-month period and it takes two weeks to get your computer back when its really just sitting there...

Good sevice

My cashier was wonderful. The store itself sucks. I spent as much for ink for one printer as it'd cost to buy a brand new printer with ink included. Terrible. Also, no employee discounts ? Shame.

In-store pick-up line for online orders moves slower than just buying in-store.

I hate Best Buy with a passion as of today. They have made an enemy out of me from now on.
