Can get busy, but most employees are pretty knowledgeable , friendly , and helpful.

I understand it is a very busy store but nobody talked to me for as long as I was shopping and I had to chase down someone to get me checked out!

There are usually more employees than customers here, yet I somehow can never find anyone to help when I need it.

Best during the week - weekends are madness. Genius Bar is definitely above average and lots of choices for One-To-One members.

I have to say their Genius are true geniuses, had problem w/ my graphic card, needed a new logic board, they went ahead and replaced it for free, when i was told by someone i would have to pay for it

I highly recommend you get Apple Care with your purchase and remember you get a discount if you are a student.

The store is twice as large and just as busy.
