Lindsey is not a good manager, will not go above and beyond to make customers happy. If you get her when you ask for a manager just walk out and go to the woodlands mall for better, friendlier service

I ask one of the geniuses- supposedly geniuses- a simple question , what was the meaning of life and where did the universe originate from ??? yeah ain’t no geniuses
Remember to sign out if you're going to check your email, Facebook or whatever. It's way too easy for me to check it for you if you don't.
Even if you have an appointment scheduled ahead of time at the genius bar don't plan on being seen on time. One day I finally just left after waiting for 38 minutes.
