All the clothes are built for anorexic Europeans but, some of the styles are nice and the service is top notch. I asked for a travel bag & the associate hit their stock room for me. That's great.

Want to shop on a bargain? Then this is the place to be. Definitely coming back.... When I have the chance.

They are always out of every size except 2 in everything. Youll go through a whole rack of something looking for tour size n all there are are 2s. So anmoying

If you're a male enter through the outside entrance located next to the mall food court . Don't shuffle through the women's and kids section that is over stuffed with racks and poorly behaved children.

I absolutely love H&M and am so excited that it's finally in Houston, but I have to say that the customer service sucks!!

Just opened, so extremely busy. Can hardly walk, more like shuffle through the store. Fitting room line is an hour wait. Check out line is even longer. I suggest waiting till the hype dies down

Customer service here is bullshit. They are lucky the clothes are cheap , that honestly is probably the only thing that's going to keep these guys going.

Huge store but the customer service is not the best! If you come pack patience the Lines are super long!
