Sio Bak (roasted pork ) has crackling skin. Enjoyable to chew. Char siew (BBQ pork ) was cooked evenly, tender & well caramelised. Enjoyed the meats
Their sauce is overly sweet. So if u r sensitive, ask for moderation
Chicken rice . $3 buys u this basic plate with 2 slices of cucumber . Decent white meat although skin not springy enough. Chilli dip was punchy. Soup could be less salty
Indeed a roasted delight for the entire family. Remember to try the roast duck !
