The RIU Plaza in Berlin is the first RIU hotel in Germany. Its located directly in the gay area and a quite new hotel . Nice rooms and lot of them with a great view .

Rooms are good. Great bathrooms . Heated floors. Perfect location for shopping as well as sightseeing. Check in staff needs a crash course in manners and efficiency.

The hotel just reopen and as it is very centric is very convenient. I am looking forward to the free gym and breakfast .

They have spacious rooms , a very nice breakfast buffet and the people are very friendly . When you go for eating diner a la carte, quality depends to the cook in the kitchen for good food or bad.

Perfect location for shopping . Big rooms , good service . Business hall are well equipped, breakfast is tasty

Nice compact rooms. Limited wardrobe space, mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Excellent breakfast too.

Location pretty good. Value is sensational. Fridges don't work in any room, problem fixed by removing outer cupboard door. Staff aren't allowed to. Mostly people are outstanding & breaky sensational.

modern hotel and nice rooms . glad to back there again .Receptionists another story ...For such hotel preferably have more IQ scored staff and at least filled minibar at room

The staff working here are totally slow and out of it...

The service was okay once we entered the room it was "clean " and the water bootle was empty from the previous person that was in the room and the trash can was full of from the last user .

Современный дизайн , хорошие светлые номера с панорамными окнами на обеих стенах, отель на уровне! Попался номер с раздельными кроватями. Пешком далековато от центра.

Preis Leistung ist hier großartig. Ruhige, moderne Räume, super Frühstück . Für mich die beste Wahl in Berlin.

Es ist sehr central und auch sehr sauber , preise für getrânke überdurchschnitlich hoch . Für raucher absulut nicht empfhelenswert , mann muss das gebâude verlassen um zu rauchen . Max 3 sterne haus .
