Salesman are ok but security thinks you're gonna steal something. Gave up buying an alienware
I don't think answering every question with "Google it" is quite the same as customer service....
New store on Level 6, very big.
Worst customer service! No discount available on a repacked laptop. And you'll have to wait 40mins for us to restore it. And when you come back 3hrs later to pick up it's still not ready!
