Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood

Nice rooms and good location. Only complaint is Joel at the front desk greeted us very coldly, as if we were inconveniencing him by checking in. If you bring a pet they are not very welcoming either.

Rooms have been newly renovated and are very fresh and modern. Staff is very friendly and kind. I dealt with Joe and Shalai they had contagious positive attitudes.

Jimmy, all u have to do is unplug a lamp next to the bed and plug ur phone in. This is a great place with a superb staff !

Nice rooms . Love that the TVs all have lots of ports for hooking up tablets and laptops. The wifi is fast enough to stream Netflix.

Looking for a great room at a great rate? The Hyatt Place is where I stay when having to stay over in Charlotte for visits to the Microsoft offices there

People are great, rooms are great but the breakfast was a fiasco..The food was slow, no dishes available, etc.

Nice hotel with friendly staff . The rooms were big with a small bathroom . Older outlets in rooms and TV service was mediocre at best.

Really nice, big rooms with high def tv 's.

Nice rooms . One complaint would be no power outlet next to the bed so you'll have to charge your phone somewhere else.
