Great location in uptown Charlotte , good for walking to explore the city . If you want to sleep before bar time, make sure your room isn't facing the EpiCentre.

Very helpful friendly staff . Join Omni's reward program for freebies. Smoking is available on the pool deck on 2nd floor. Nice area to sneak away at night for a cigar and quiet time.

Friendly staff and the best location you can ask for since it's within walking distance to everything and is attached to a mall . However, bathrooms and closets were old and bed was uncomfortable.

Read some bad reviews on Trip Advisor but disagree. Hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way for us. We would definitely stay here again.

If you like to work out, the Omni gym is the Charlotte Athletic Club gym . Guests can use the facilities attached to the lobby.

The 14th floor has a signature lounge . Light breakfast and dinner complimentary at the lounge . Pay for alcohol .

Despite the hotel being over 20 floors, the 'rooftop pool ' is on the second floor #misleading

Best staff in hotels . My home away from home.

Kids get activity packs, there's a rooftop pool and a restaurant , and small pets are allowed.

On the weekends all of the shops around where the hotel is (the retail mall ) are closed. This is a Monday - Friday sort of place.

I complained about the Wifi being dial-up slow and they had me call their IT people. I was annoyed they made me do it. The router was broken and they upgraded my room for the rest of the week.
