Signature salad with salmon is very good. Room service , even on a busy weekend, is pretty swift. A good business hotel for the area.

Rooms are spacious and clean . Those with status should note there is no club/lounge here. Only offered free breakfast in place of arrival points.

I want the bedding! And you can buy it from the online Westin shop for a cool $2k for a queen set. Comments regarding thin walls are spot on. Conversations from hall/neighbors heard crystal clear...

Great location for walking to the Panther games. Thankfully it was only the pre season. Although the Patriots thought they had just won the Super Bowl. 19-17????

Wifi is free and the room is quiet . Refuse the room service and get a $5 voucher each day of your stay. Nice touch!

Stop by Starbucks in the Westin lobby to get your day started! Delicious!

Use the bar fridge under the tv to store perishables. I often take some drinks out, put whatever I need in it, and before I leave, put whatever drinks i took out back inside.

Meh. Water pressure in shower non existent, batteries in remote needed changed. For some reason my wife & I were put in a room with 2 beds. Didn't have patience to complain. Nice views & gym though.

If you plan on sleeping past 8 on your day if check out, be sure to put a sleeping sign on your door, housekeeping knocks on your door early otherwise

Been here for a meeting for 3 days. Catering food is actually good! Did a great Iron Chef team build with Chef Joe & crew. SO much fun!!!

Honestly, for $200 a night, I expected Much more! How about a mini fridge and a microwave? What about some thicker walls so I can sleep instead of listening to unruly children slamming doors all night

The turkey club on the late night food service menu is great. The breakfast pancakes also rock!

From NY and the hotel is good so far. No complaints thus far. Westin has been good to me

Ask for kids club bag, great for little kids, night light, outlet covers, bandaids, and a rubber ducky.

Staff here is cracker jack. Made my trip very easy, especially one staffer named Ewan. Bravo.

Request a room on a higher floor (free of charge) and enjoy the view !

Nice enough place, but I've never heard of paying for WiFi in a hotel before. A/C also seems to be set not to cool things off too much. No toiletries. Comfy overall but kinda chintzy.

Great rooms and top-tier decor, but charging for wi-fi is just tacky

Rooms are noisy , you hear your neighbors doors slamming constantly. Bad platinum free breakfast option , only the cold buffet included, or you can update to the hot buffet for 5 dollars.

The hotel restaurant ...Normal people DO NOT eat this kind of food. I was really really hungry after a 5 hour drive and I just wanted to eat. What do guests with children do about eating???

The bed was great. The shrimp and grits good. Lamp dusty. Toilet had dried pee on it. Internet is $12.95 a night. The shampoo was half empty. No frij in the room.

For what the rooms cost, I think the WIFI should AT THE VERY LEAST be included. AND... $18.00 per day to park ? Really??

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

If you are interested in room service I recommend heading downstairs to Ember instead. Tastes much better and seems fresher if you order @ Ember.
