Fried chicken was crispy , juicy, hot and perfectly seasoned. Sides like the mac and cheese and corn muffins were delicious too. Friendly service and fun atmosphere !

You already know the typical soul food is good here so I'll recommend something else: turkey burger ! Comes on toasted wheat buns and the burger is so juicy and flavorful. Best in town .

I can't decide which was better: my entree, my dessert , or the friendly service .. I would visit again in a heartbeat and gladly bring friends, both local and visiting. Mama J's is a hidden gem !
