Irish pub . Elegant & welcoming. The menu is traditional. Dry aged NY strip steak & seared diver scallops are both local favorites.Perfect for groups of friends to eat & drink, to congregate and laugh. Read more
Everything was delish! Salmon burger with crispy chips and a lemony aioli after tomato bisque and a cocktail called "suffering bastard" haha what more could you ask for...
Order the Truffle Fries with aioli . Delish! Only a true gentleman will talk to (you/your stinky mouth) afterwards. Reserve for ladies night or basketball game on TV at the bar .
Extensive draft beer selection . Definitely a happy hour/commuter/after work bar . This area is in dire need of good bars and The District helps fill that void.
The corned beef pretzel sandwich is my favorite. The service here is always perfect as well
Fawn is an awesome bartender - makes amazing drinks and caters to everyone - she made my friend a gluten free cocktail and she was so sweet and remembered all of our names
The District is serving a seasonal beer selection (both bottle and draught ) and Pretzel Chicken Fingers for Ales N' Apps Week (May 9-13)
This is going to be a great Upper Eastside Bar once the word gets out. The bar itself is huge, the bartenders are real pros and atmosphere is alive.
I was a student at Guiding eyes for the blind in March 2016. I just wanted to say thank you! Outstanding service and food!!!
Consistently good food and drinks, nice beer selection . Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere .
Snazzy place with good happy hour prices and playlists. I can see this being my new favorite bar .
great food and drinks, always super crowded so be prepared to wait for a table on the weekends
Nice neighborhood bar , low key , with a friendly service . Good beer selection and standard bar food.
Good and strong cocktails . House made veggie burger is good, comes with a massive pile of fries .
Nice tvs . Nice decor. Nice new addition to the neighborhood . Currently rocking a limited menu. Good thing everyone likes burgers .
This used to be our go-to place, across our building, nice food, good ambiance and good service . I don't know what happened but it all went downhill, the last times were horrible. Not coming back.
Beautiful gastro pub with delicious food, great beers , and excellent service. Jason the bartender is super nice!
Greeat food and service. Definietly you should try. You gonna love it :)))
The food and table service here isn't great. I'd come here again but only for drinks and the atmosphere... and because I live down the street. UPDATE: Waitress gave us a huge discount . Will try again.
Great on weekday nights and Saturday. Avoid on Sunday.
Amazing homemade veggie burgers ; industrial chic atmosphere
Grilled salmon salad , burgers , home made bisque.
Stopped by for brunch because of how welcoming it looked. Food was alright. Pretty sure I tasted tonic in Mimosa .. Music is choice though. Melissa could have been more attentive.
Amazing food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff ! Definitely my new place
Wings ! Great hot sauce and amazing ranch dip !
Great burger , and consistent quality
The District Bar burger is a solid contender.
Drinks are VERY reasonably priced: get a good IPA for $6, and mixed drinks for $7
Great atmosphere! Great staff !! Definitely one on my favorite spots!
Second time here. Place is nice and cozy food is ok . Can sit anywhere and watch the game but the service is horrible. Waitress spends more time talking to the bartender then her tables
The burgers are legit. Love this place.
Cute place. My drink wasn't all that great (the PPP), but the food looked very good.
Tuna carpaccio is light on the wallet and waistline. Win-win.
Get here early on Sat night - it's packed!
I love this bar ! Don't drink and drive!
Worst experience ever-I've been here several times (bar and tables) and I honestly cannot believe how bad the service is. They act like they are doing you a favor to serve you! I will never come back.
New bar in the neighborhood !
Total Flop! Breakfast panini was a joke, cold, uncooked bacon . A McDonalds sausage McMuffin is more satisfying. Too bad Bc the place was nice.
Happy hour $5 well drinks .
The steak is amazing!
The service was good. The food was bland though and had no flavor or taste. Garlic and spices are a chef’s friend.
Favorite bar in the upper east side!
Sit at the bar !!! Don't ask me why, but just do it.
Ashley is the best bartender !!!
Brunch servers...are...well , they're extremely bitchy.
Nice atmosphere
Got a try the french onniom soup
Good neighborhood bar
Good brunch
Seems like a good bar but a sad excuse for a restaurant ...overpriced, unoriginal mediocre at best food. My "salad " consisted of yellow lettuce and dressing . There was not a single other vegetable .
Great beers on tap, spacious and friendly staff. Chill spot for weeknight or Sunday beers. - Ranu Rajkarnikar
Great place, great bartenders...Food was delicious and drinks were well poured - Michael Scott
Very inconspicuous bar with good drink and fair pricing. Great for dates. - Philip Harper
Love the stuffed hot pretzel and great list of beers on tap! - Amy Grosheider
Besides the fantastic beer selection, free burgers and wings, honestly, the music is ON POINT. kind of the best place, EVER - Jessie Catana
The dill potato pancakes with poached eggs and salmon caviar with crepe fresh are to die for! And the red sangria are too good! - Maya Itani
