The creste du gallo pasta with broccoli , garlic and chili was epic. You can order 1/2 portions, it was only $11 for a nice size! Strongly recommend the cod , squash and hazelnut dessert . Loved it
After a revamp, brunch legend Five Points returns as Vic's, an Italian market restaurant . Menu dishes include rye rigatoni with lamb , & six pizzas . Also, barman is brewing 2 house-made limoncellos . Read more
LOVED. THIS. PLACE. The food, the service was phenomenal. This will be my new neighborhood go to. The chicken is a must if you love spicy , their pastas are great and definitely get the carrots !
Excellent brunch option if you can sneak in without a wait. The marzano baked eggs are awesome and saucy and the squash with cheese and lardons was FANTASTIC. Basil bloody to wash it down
Short , simple menu will please everyone. Can’t go wrong with caccio e pepe. Scene-ish spot for 20 something crowd. Dine with your girlfriends and up your IG game in the ladies room. Friendly staff .
Definitely try one of the pizzas , served with chili oil , yum! The garlic bread and the mafalde pasta round out a perfectly carb focused meal.
Vic's has never failed me. It's probably my favorite brunch spot in the city : bright and airy, laid back vibe, tasty and original dishes. The staff are pleasant and cheerful, too.
The perfect place for weekend brunch . Baked eggs and Bloody marys ???? sit at the bar if you're walking in.
Love coming here for brunch . The food is always good and never a long wait for 2.
Baked eggs were savory with an unexpected (but very welcome) spicy kick . The bread was soft and perfect for mopping up the sauce. Great bomboloni too.
There are endless options for Italian in NYC but I love this for brunch . Burrata , Borsa, and baked eggs were all delish. I’ll be back!
Seasonal menu where staples may get tweaked. Scone was really good and poached eggs wee filling. Coffee is strong and service was pretty slow surprisingly
Omg the cacio de Pepe is perfect! Also had pizza and the carrot appetizer . Loved the oil and crushed red peppers with the pizza . I’ll come back for more pasta !
Went for drinks and a few appetizers . Kind of wish we stayed for dinner as both the drinks and apps were on point. Give it a go, you’ll be pleased you did.
In addition to the food - which I love - everything about this place makes me feel comfortable in a city where sometimes everything feels hectic and hyped up.
Definitely recommend trying a bunch of pastas in small portions. Starters are fun (burrata , rabbit are both very well done) and the roast pork shoulder is delicious.
There's absolutely nothing negative to say about Vic's. Every thing I had was excellent - do try one of the pasta dishes and the octopus .
The garlic bread is unlike anything you've had before. Big, thick, filled with goat cheese , and delicious.
Love, love Vic's. Can't go wrong with brunch here--The soft scrambled eggs , breakfast sandwich , potatoes all amazing. And the fumoso Mary is great.
They took it off the lunch menu but if you ask nicely, they just may make you a porchetta sandwich . It's one of the best porchetta around
Order the "Car Driver" Bucatini named after the roadside spots where drivers would "refuel" their vehicles, & their bellies. It includes housemade tomato paste, chile oil, orange zest , & marjoram. Read more
Order the Basil-ica Bloody Mary during brunch for a basil infused vodka with a tasty tomato & balsamic mix topped by a fresh mozz/olive garnish ????
Whipped Pecorino , roasted carrots , Borsa, Pennette, Cacio e Pepe . Their executive chef , Hillary, is incredible. Love this spot.
I don't know why this place isn't busier at lunch time - great place to go with a large group of coworkers.
cacio e pepe is so simple yet full of flavor. Oh and the cheese sauce that comes with the crispy onions is crack.
Must gets include: crispy sweet onions , heirloom carrots and the borsa. We also got the soppressata pizza . It was good, but nothing special.
Come for brunch or dinner . Food is always consistent and I love their soft scramble. Their smashed potatoes are the best too.
Love the ambience and service and the food is fine, I just don't love it. It's not the same food as Five Points, but has the same exact vibe
Carrots , lilnck clams , cod , steak , pork shoulder . Service is attentive. Curated wine selection . Yummy Negroni . Toned down interior.
For brunch , share all the vegetables instead of an entree (but if you do get one, the Olive Oil poached cod is a must).
Yummy food! Loved the pecorino spread and the cacio e pepe . Liked the prosciutto pizza more than pepperoni
Vibrant environment and excellent food. Lots of vegetarian options ; don't miss the cauliflower .
Make sure to get their fried onion appetizer . It's essentially a gourmet version of Outbacks Blooming Onion . This spot has great ambiance.
I demand you get the Fumoso Mary! made of mezcal , chipotle pepper times with paprika salt. Spicy yum!
I wanted to love it. Dinner was good but $$$ for meh+. My fave part was that their wines by the glass are on a table in the middle of the restaurant so you never have to wait for a refill.
Good date! Liked the wine selection . Tasty carrot starter and the cod main was delicious. Get the bread .
Dinner : Borsa pasta (get full serving. Half is not big enough) and for the apps definitely get the Garlic Bread .
All egg dishes are pretty solid for brunch . Be a brunch pro and get an order of pancakes for the table.
Brunch at what turned out to be my least favorite of the cook shop family. the pizza and beets won - skip egg dishes .
Get the lamb belly . Excellent balance of crispy and tender, I addition to being well balanced
Everything is good but pressed chicken , pizzas , and lamb sausage pasta are standouts
Not amazing, wouldn't run back. The proscuitto pizza is tasteless but the chicken is awesome. The purse pasta is very good too.
Delicious food. I recommend the sunchokes. If you're lucky, you may spot a celebrity or two!
This place never lets me down. Great service. Good food. Also good for kids
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and veggie focused dishes.
Great pastas , tasty cocktails , and good service ! The garlic bread is amazing
the cacio e pepe and the crispy onions are amazing!
Great lunch spot in Noho! Try the flatbreads and the carrots . Delicious.
Must get borsa pasta ! Plus any pizza with chili oil
Food is generally v good here BUT having eaten here every week for a month and spoken to Vicky (owner) everytime I find it poor hospitality that she has no recognition of her most frequent customers.
Incredible pastas with incredible wines to match! Use Tipsi to find the perfect Italian pairing. - TIPSI
Best brunch deal in the city! Also spacious enough for groups. - Lourdes Zapata
Get the paccheri pasta. Not to share! And the chocolate torta for dessert! - Nikos B
The downstairs is awesome for private events or late nights - Harald Zurakowski
So many little theaters! So many choices! Also dinner in the library is lovely. - Sara Y
Great facials. Water lounge has weird acoustics and can be crowded. Go off times and enjoy. - Nikki Wegner
